Islamabad: Federal Minister for Food Security, Rana Tanveer Hussain, extended heartfelt congratulations to the people and government of Malaysia on the occasion of their National Day, as he graced the celebrations as chief guest at a prestigious ceremony held at the Islamabad Serena Hotel. The event, organized by the Malaysian High Commission in Pakistan, marked the 69th National Day of Malaysia and was celebrated with great fervour, enthusiasm, and cultural warmth, reflecting the depth of friendship shared between the two nations.
The evening brought together a distinguished gathering that included Qaiser Ahmed Shaikh, Federal Minister for Board of Investment; H.E. Atadjan Movlamov, Dean of the Diplomatic Corps and Ambassador of Turkmenistan to Pakistan; along with numerous other diplomats, senior government officials, members of the media, and representatives of the Malaysian community residing in Pakistan. The diverse assembly underscored the significance of the occasion and the broad-based interest in celebrating the enduring bilateral relationship between Islamabad and Kuala Lumpur.
In his address to the gathering, Federal Minister Rana Tanveer Hussain lauded Malaysia’s remarkable progress and development over the decades, describing the country as a model of economic success and regional cooperation.
