The 20th National Congress of Communist Party of China (CPC) will start their land mark meeting on 16 October at Great Hall of the Peoples in Beijing.The Eyes of global mass media is on this China’s supreme body meeting which will describes & decide the next five year planning of People’s Republic of China. The most interesting thing about 20th CPC Congress is the meeting will also decide the 3rd term of the President of China.
According to the Chinese constitution President maximum tenure is consecutively for ten years, which means 2 terms. President Xi Jinping’s terms in Office of the President of China is going to completed in March 2023. Now, there is a debate in Chinese Congress members and political leaders, if congress removed the above conditions then, XiJinping will be the first President after Chairman Mao who will lead CPC, an China for long a period.
The world media specially Western media observing this situation very closely and also propagating against the China’s government system with reference of one party system with reference to their so call theories and overlooking the fruits and benefits of China’s system of Government and their success in recent past as compared with their forms of Governments. President Xi Jinping’s third term is very important and will able him to play its leading role in further development and strengthening the China’s economy and BRI, AIIB, SCO and related very important matters. The speedy economic growth of China and bringing out from poverty during recent decade of President Xi Jinping is not acceptable to western world.
It is quite evident that for the first time in modern history of the world, China is leading at the global stage for sharing the furits of prosperity and working for visionary programmeslike BRI, established AIIB, activite SCO form to link the whole world. Now at least 150, countries and leading organisations already signed BRI initiative of China’s millennium goals. There I would like to raise a positive point; if the western world wants stability they should try to engage China in economic partnership rather to oppose that great ability of China. China’s these initative is converting World in to a global Village.
CPC’s more than century dedicated and devoted role in China is behind all the massive achievements and developments, it is the communist party that plays a vital role under the visionary leadership of Xi Jinping which took China enlightened in socioeconomic, geo-economics, scientific and space developments, due to these efforts and continuity of the developmental process in China they want President Xi jinping for third term. But, this all depend on debat and then approval of 20th CPC Congress.Next five years are very important and decisive CPC’s decisions will take chine new heights after balanced grown and development by overcoming of obstacles time to time launched by rivalry powers.
In the 20th congress of CPC, about 2,300 party members form across the country will, gathered. The delegates will elect about 200 full members with voting rights to the party’s elite central committee, plus about 170 alternates, drawing form a pre-selected pool.
According to the chines newspapers, the new central committee’s first plenum, held the day after congress ends, will select for its ranks 25 member for the supreme body, politburo that will form the politburo standing committee, the party top echelon seven members.
The congress will select top new leadership team and the congress will also reshuffle the top China’s power structure, putting in place that will set policy for economic, diplomatic, security and social matters for next five years even targets for ahead. We hope that congress will be successful that would play great role in prosperity, socioeconomic developments of People’s Republic of China.
