A meeting of the Management Committee of Sir Sadiq Muhammad Khan V Abbasi held at IUBBahawalpur :A meeting of the Management Committee of Sir Sadiq Muhammad Khan V Abbasi Chair the Islamia University of Bahawalpur was held under the chairmanship of Engr. Prof. Dr. Athar Mahboob Vice Chancellor. The meeting was attended by Prince Bahawal Khan Abbasi, Syed Tabish Alwari, Sahibzada Qamar-ul-Zaman Abbasi, Prof. Hameed Raza Siddiqui, Sahibzada Rahim Yar Khan Abbasi, Prof. Dr. Aftab Hussain Gilani, Prof. Allama Muhammad Tahir, Pervez Sadiq, Dr. Mazhar Hussain and Honorary Director Secretary. Prof. Shahid Hassan Rizvi participated. Prof. Dr. Athar Mahboob, Vice Chancellor said that the Chair has been activated to highlight the services of the great personality of Sir Sadiq Muhammad Khan V Abbasi at national and international level which will carry out valuable scientific and literary work in this regard. Honorary Director and Secretary Shahid Hassan Rizvi presented the agenda of the meeting and thanked all the participants for coming. It was decided at the meeting that one-year, two-year and five-year targets have been set through this chair to highlight the great national services rendered by Sir Sadiq Muhammad Khan V Abbasi and other Nawabs. The research work in this regard will be carried out in an excellent manner and for this purpose domestic and foreign personalities and institutions will be contacted. A special website in this regard will be launched soon and will also be advertised on social media. A grand ceremony will be held on May 24 on the anniversary of Sir Sadiq Muhammad Khan V Abbasi. A documentary will also be made which will reveal the personality of Nawab Sahib. Regular seminars and conferences should also be organized in this regard. The meeting also discussed funds, staff and PhD scholars from Sir Sadiq Mohammad Khan V Abbasi Chair. Similarly, Sadiq Gallery and Museum and Callous were also discussed.
