Pakistani Students Head to Thailand’s Asian Institute of Technology for International Exchange Programme

Date:

Spokesman Report

Bangkok, Thailand:A cohort of four outstanding Pakistani students has arrived at the Asian Institute of Technology (AIT) in Thailand, widely regarded as the country’s leading institution for technology and engineering education, to participate in a two-week exchange programme alongside their Taiwanese counterparts.

The initiative, organized by Dream 3, one of Pakistan’s leading educational counselling firms, offers the students an immersive international learning experience. Over the course of the programme, they will engage with social business entrepreneurs across Thailand, attend specialized courses at AIT, and gain hands-on exposure to zero-carbon initiatives shaping the region’s sustainability landscape.

The students selected for this prestigious opportunity are Muhammed Rao, Mahad Raja, and Zaid Bin Shakir of The City School, Ravi Campus, along with Waleed Chaudhary of LGS International — a group whose academic credentials reflect the calibre of talent Pakistan continues to produce on the global stage.

Among them, Zaid Bin Shakir’s recently released Cambridge International GCE AS & A Level results (Centre/Candidate No. PK871/0401, June 2026 series) showcase outstanding achievement, with top a(a) grades across five demanding subjects: Further Mathematics (9231), Global Perspectives & Research (9239), Accounting (9706), Economics (9708), and Mathematics (9709) — a testament to the strong academic foundation these students bring to international platforms.

Educational exchange programmes such as this one continue to play a vital role in equipping young Pakistanis with global exposure, cross-cultural collaboration skills, and firsthand insight into emerging fields like sustainable development and social entrepreneurship. Organizations like Dream 3 have been instrumental in connecting talented students with such opportunities, reinforcing Pakistan’s growing presence in international academic and innovation networks.

As these four students embark on their journey at AIT, their participation stands as an encouraging example of how Pakistani youth are increasingly stepping onto the world stage, representing their country with distinction while building skills that will serve both their futures and Pakistan’s development.
