International Campaign Showcases Kyrgyzstan’s Nomadic Heritage, Culture and Traditional Sports

The International Secretariat of the World Nomad Games has unveiled the official brand film for the World Nomad Games 2026, titled “The Call Begins Here,” marking the launch of the Games’ global communications campaign ahead of the prestigious international event.
The brand film captures the essence of the World Nomad Games as a unique global celebration of traditional sports, cultural heritage and the enduring spirit of nomadic civilizations. Through stunning visuals and compelling storytelling, the film highlights the connections that transcend generations, cultures and borders, emphasizing the shared values that unite communities around the world.
Featuring the breathtaking landscapes of Kyrgyzstan, the film invites international audiences to explore the country’s rich nomadic heritage, experience its traditional sports and discover the customs preserved by local communities. It also pays tribute to the people dedicated to safeguarding these traditions and passing them on to future generations.
According to the International Secretariat, “The Call Begins Here” will serve as the centerpiece of the international promotional campaign for the VI World Nomad Games, with screenings planned across digital platforms, international media outlets, official presentations and promotional events worldwide.
The VI World Nomad Games will take place in the Kyrgyz Republic from 31 August to 6 September 2026 and are expected to attract representatives from more than 95 countries. Organizers anticipate participation by over 3,000 athletes, cultural performers and academic delegates, along with more than 600 accredited journalists and media representatives from across the globe.
The World Nomad Games have become one of the world’s leading cultural and sporting events, celebrating traditional games, equestrian sports, martial arts, indigenous knowledge and the rich heritage of nomadic peoples while promoting intercultural dialogue and international friendship.
With the launch of “The Call Begins Here,” organizers aim to inspire global audiences to experience the timeless traditions of nomadic culture and join a worldwide celebration where heritage, sport and culture continue to shape the future.
