Islamabad, Pakistan — Bank Alfalah Limited and PC Hospitality, the hospitality division of Hashoo Group, have entered into a strategic partnership aimed at enhancing and streamlining the banking and financial service needs of PC Hospitality and its affiliated businesses.
Under this Memorandum of Understanding (MoU), Bank Alfalah will provide a comprehensive suite of financial products, digital banking solutions, and payment infrastructure designed to support the operational and financial growth of PC Hospitality. The partnership reflects both organizations’ commitment to innovation, efficiency, and customer-centric financial services.
As part of the collaboration, PC Hospitality will benefit from Bank Alfalah’s award-winning digital banking platform, Alfa App, along with access to one of Pakistan’s largest digital banking networks including 24/7 Cash Deposit Machines (CDMs), ATMs, and extensive payment acceptance channels. Bank Alfalah will also facilitate a broad range of banking services including savings and current accounts, credit and debit cards, financing solutions, and investment products.
The partnership will further support PC Hospitality’s operational requirements through advanced Point-of-Sale (POS) terminals. Bank Alfalah’s Android-based POS machines enable secure, efficient, and seamless cashless transactions, with automated daily settlement, auditing, and management information system (MIS) reporting. Merchants will also have access to a dedicated merchant portal, providing full visibility and control over transaction activities.
Bank Alfalah currently operates one of the largest card portfolios in Pakistan, with over 1.5 million cards in circulation. The bank is the country’s largest issuer of Visa and Mastercard cards and the exclusive issuer and acquirer of American Express cards in Pakistan. Through its card acquiring services, Bank Alfalah supports multiple international and domestic payment schemes including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, UnionPay International (UPI), PayPak, and JCB.
Through this partnership, both organizations aim to strengthen financial accessibility, support digital payment adoption, and enhance operational efficiency across PC Hospitality’s business ecosystem.
