Rawalpindi : Sequel to the signing of Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) between Federal Government Educational Institutions (FGEIs) Directorate and Pakistan Girls Guide Association (PGGA) in July 2021, first batch of twenty-six female teachers attended one-week long Girls Guide Training Course at PGGA, National Headquarter, Islamabad. Training course was focused on imparting basic sense of responsibility to build better society, tools for delivery of empowered girls, project based activities and formation of guides companies. Director Schools FGEIs attended the concluding session of training and awarded the certificates amongst the participants of the course. He also conveyed the appreciation of Director General FGEIs to the participants on successful completion of the course. He thanked Mrs. Maria Maud Sabri, National Commissioner of Pakistan Girls Guide Association for organizing this training course. In near future FGEIs Directorate is going to expand these training courses at provincial level and formation of guides companies in all its institutions to promote healthy outdoor activities as well as awareness regarding women basic, safety and protection rights amongst the young girls and female staff of FGEI system.
