Islamabad: Fauji Fertilizer Company Limited (FFC) has announced its financial results for the quarter ended March 31, 2022 in its Board of Directors’ meeting held on April 27, 2022.
The Company achieved net profitability of Rs 6.24 billion translating into an EPS of Rs 4.90 which was 7% higher than the corresponding period of last year.
FFC attained Urea production of 635 thousand tonnes and achieved benchmark sona urea offtake of 631 thousand tonnes for the period. The Company also recorded highest ever income on deposits of Rs 2.20 billion in addition to receiving its maiden dividend of Rs. 1.26 billion from FWEL I & II in a very short period since their acquisition.
The Board of Directors of FFC also announced first interim dividend of Rs 3.70 per share for the period.
