Speaking on the occasion she further said “To normalize the theatre culture it is important to make theatre halls reliable for the audience and playwrights. For the betterment of our society we should make arts studies common.

“The main purpose of theater is to tell a story, and how you present it, is more significant. It has always been difficult for us to form and flourish institutions and sadly, here we can’t express the stories the way we think of it” Said the director Ehtesham Uddin.

Playwright Saqib Summer said “Theater is deeper than we think. Presently. I along with Sajid Hassan working on Ankahi 2.0 and it is set in the present day. “The hard work of our seniors paid off, now people have become more conscious about theatres, and hopefully our future generations will see a better form of arts” he added. This  talk was moderated by Senior Journalist Peerzada Salman.
