Lahore, 9th April 2021: Nitasha Syed is set to release the 13th episode of her digital talk show, Shaam Ki Chai this Saturday. The episode will feature Bashir Ahmad, credited as the Godfather of Mixed Martial Arts in Pakistan. The episode is all set to release on Saturday, 10th April 2021.
The upcoming episode revolves around Bashir Ahmad’s journey as a US National Guard which subsequently led him to be deployed at Iraq when the war broke out and focuses on the inner conflict he felt in the scenario as a Muslim. Bashir, after leaving the US Military found his true calling as a Mixed Martial Artist. In the episode he talks about how he got the title of being the Godfather of Pakistani Mixed Martial Arts, the future of MMA in the country and his efforts to elevate the martial arts and combat sports in Pakistan.
