Rawalpindi, the 26th February, 2021: Federal Government Educational Institution (Cantt/ Garrison) Directorate, Rawalpindi organized a workshop on “Development of KPIs and their monitoring for continuous improvement”.

DG, FGEI welcomed honorable guest speakers Dr. Awais e Siraj, Director (RI & C), National University of Medical Science, Rawalpindi, Muhammad Ovais Aamer Qureshi, CEO, Al-Hilal Projects Pvt Ltd and the participants of the workshop.

First session on “Development of Vision, Mission & drawing objectives” was conducted by Dr. Awais e Siraj who highlighted the importance and guidelines for its practical implementations in FGEIs through the measurable vision/ objectives and translation of strategic maps using balanced score cards.

While Ovais Qureshi in the second session on ‘Development of KPIs & their Evaluation/ Monitoring’ pointed out the criteria and techniques to devise the KPIs and clarified the pros and cons of said domains. He also analyzed existing KPIs of FGEI Directorate and suggested some valuable changes for effective improvements.

The workshop concluded in provision of effective food for thought for participants to assess the outcomes after implementation of subject strategies.
