Islamabad: Federal Minister For Information, Broadcasting And Parliamentary Affairs Murtaza Solangi has formally inaugurated the plantation campaign at the Ministry Of Information in Islamabad.
Speaking on the occasion the minister said, planting tress is our national and moral duty. He said, trees are very important for human life which play an important role in environmental protection. He said, it is our duty to keep our environment green and steps are necessary to protect them.
The saplings for the plantation campaign have been gifted to the ministry of information by the Aims Education System and Private Schools Association, which will be planted in various offices of the ministry of information, including the PTV Headquarters.
The event were attended by managing director PTV Mubasher Tuqeer Shah, Senior Officials of the Ministry Of Information, President Zoffran Ellahi, General Secretary Abdul Waheed Khan Of Private Schools Association and students of Aims Education System
The Minister formally started the Plantation Campaign by planting saplings in the lawn of the PTV Headquarters.
