TMUC celebrates Pearson UK Global Skills Qualifications

Islamabad: The Millennium Universal College (TMUC), Pakistan’s leading transnational higher education group, hosted the TMUC–Pearson UK Graduation Ceremony 2025 in Islamabad, a grand celebration of academic excellence, skills development, and international collaboration, says a press release.

The ceremony was graced by Ms. Jane Baker, Vice President, Pearson United Kingdom, as Chief Guest, who flew in from England to honour the graduating class. TMUC also welcomed distinguished guests from Pearson UK and the British Council, including Ms. Amanda Ingram, Exams Director British Council Pakistan; Mr. Waqar Shah and Mr. Muhammad Furqan from Pearson Pakistan. Their presence reflected the strength of TMUC’s global partnerships and its mission to empower youth through education and employability skills.

Delivering an impactful address, Ambassador Masood Khan, President TMUC Higher Education Group, emphasized the growing importance of skills-based learning in today’s knowledge economy. He stated that Pakistan’s youth must combine academic excellence with digital literacy, creativity, and global competence to meet the challenges of the Fourth Industrial Revolution. He praised TMUC and Pearson for offering international qualifications that prepare students for meaningful global careers and lifelong success.

Dr. Faisal Mushtaq TI, Founder & CEO TMUC Higher Education Group, congratulated the graduates and reaffirmed TMUC’s commitment to bridging local talent with global opportunities through innovation, quality, and skill-driven education.

Chief Guest Ms. Jane Baker commended the TMUC–Pearson partnership as a model of excellence in vocational and higher education, lauding TMUC’s student-centered approach and focus on practical skills that enhance employability worldwide. Ms. Amanda Ingram also applauded TMUC’s contribution to advancing international education in Pakistan.

A highlight of the evening was the High Achievers Award Ceremony, recognizing students who earned 12 or more distinctions — a testament to academic rigour and dedication. Faculty appreciation awards were also presented to educators from TMUC’s Schools of Creative Arts, Computing & IT, and Business & Social Sciences.

Dean TMUC Amna Salik commended the graduates for demonstrating the values of skill-based learning, creativity, and innovation that define TMUC’s vision for modern education. She reiterated TMUC’s commitment to fostering 21st-century competencies, workplace readiness, and international qualifications that prepare learners for global employability and lifelong success.

The TMUC–Pearson UK Graduation Ceremony 2025 reaffirmed TMUC’s commitment to global standards, innovative education, and the development of future-ready skills among Pakistan’s youth.
