On April 5, President of the Republic of Uzbekistan Shavkat Mirziyoyev had a telephone conversation with Prime Minister of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan Imran Khan. The leaders sincerely congratulated each other on the arrival of the holy month of Ramadan and wished the friendly peoples of our countries peace, prosperity and prosperity.

The implementation of the joint “road map” adopted at the end of a high-level state visit to Pakistan on March 3-4 this year was considered. First of all, the importance of timely implementation of multifaceted cooperation projects and programs in trade, industry, agriculture, pharmaceutical​​s, tourism, culture and other priority areas was stressed.

The sides also exchanged views on regional cooperation.
