Islamabad : The Nepalese Ambassador to Pakistan, Tapas Adhikari, called on the Federal Minister for National Food Security and Research, Syed Fakhar Imam in the minister’s office today.
Both dignitaries talked about the importance of agriculture in the region. The minister stressed upon mutual cooperation for the betterment of Pak-Nepal relationship with respect to the agriculture sector. His Excellency said that the Agricultural working level meeting to make agricultural ties stronger needs to be restarted. The last agricultural working level meeting took place over a decade ago. The minister noted the suggestion and agreed to it.
Conclusively, both dignitaries agreed upon the impact and significance of agricultural advancements and agreed to work towards a more cordial relationship between Pakistan and Nepal.
