LAHORE: Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) President Shehbaz Sharif on Tuesday has bashed Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) over shortage of gas across the country. In a statement, the PML-N leader asked what kind of new Pakistan is this where the people are not getting basic facilities including gas. The poverty-stricken masses are facing difficulties due to this increasing inflation, he added.

Shehbaz Sharif said State Bank of Pakistan is again raising the interest ratio. The incumbent government of PTI is taking revenge from the people, he expressed. Earlier in the day,PML-N leader Shahid Khaqan Abbasi said that every work of PTI government is based on dishonesty.

Talking to media, the PML-N leader said that those who don’t care about the suffering of people should not be in the power. He further asked the ministers and advisors of the incumbent government to tell any work that is done for the relief of the people. PTI government is standing on crutches, he added. Shahid Khaqan Abbasi said that different scandals are being surfaced one by one and the chairman of National Accountability Bureau (NAB), Justice (r) Javed Iqbal, is silent on them.
