Kabul: Pakistan‘s embassy in Kabul hosted a colourful ceremony today to celebrate Pakistan Day which was attended by a larger number of Pakistani as well as Afghan community. The ceremony began with the message of the President and Prime Minister of Pakistan, says a press release received here today from Kabul. On this occasion, H.E Mansoor Ahmad Khan has welcome all the participants and said that Pakistan movement culminated in form of Pakistan on 14th August 1947. He further said that the Muslims of Subcontinent sacrificed a lot to get the independence where today we are spending our lives as an independent nation. He added that Pakistan Resolution was passed today on 23rd March which led to formation of Pakistan due to tremendous efforts by the Muslims of sub-continent. He stressed that we should understand the value of independence and make efforts to make Pakistan a stabilized country where our future generation could spend a happy life.
