Pakistani Embassy Jakarta kick off organized a 3-day long photo exhibition

Jakarta :The Embassy of Pakistan, Jakarta, organized a 3-day long photo exhibition at its premises. A large number of visitors including more than a hundred students of various educational institutions of Jakarta visited the Embassy for the exhibition in small groups following Covid-19 SOPs. Visitors were briefed in detail about the Kashmir issue, significance of 27 October Kashmir Black Day and atrocities being committed by Indian forces in Indian Illegally Occupied Jammu & Kashmir, says a press release received here today from Jakarta. To observe Kashmir Black Day, the Mission held a webinar titled: ‘Kashmir Geopolitics and The Threat to Global Peace’ on 27 October 2021. The webinar was organized in collaboration with the reputed universities and organizations from various parts of Indonesia. The Speakers included Rectors and Professors of leading Indonesia Universities and Intellectuals. Dr. Ghulam Nabi Fai, Secretary General Kashmir American Council delivered a keynote speech. In his remarks, Ambassador Muhammad Hassan stated that Kashmir was the most densely militarized zone with around one million Indian occupation forces perpetrating worst human rights abuses against the Kashmiris. Syed Ghulam Nabi Fai stated that Kashmir issue was very important not only because it concerned 23 million people of Kashmiri but because it affected the fate and the future of more than 1.5 million people of South Asia. He referred to the UN role in East Timur and stated that Kashmiris were waiting for such an active role from the UN in the dispute.
