ISLAMABAD: On sacred occasion of EidMelad-un-Nabi, following directions of Federal Minister for Communications and Postal Services Murad Saeed, National Highway Authority arranged three-day EidMelad-un-NabiMehfils, participated by Chairman NHA Capt(r) Muhammad Khurram Agha and officials of NHA at large at NHA head office. Such Mehfils were also held at NHA regional offices throughout the country. The buildings of NHA headquarters and Zonal offices across the country and toll plazas were also decorated with lights.
On EidMelad-un-NabiMehfil, Federal Minister for Communications and Postal Services Murad Saeed in a message, said, that Seerat-i-Pak is guiding light for us and we way embrace success in this world and world to come. We are to forget our mutual differences and create harmony among us and this will ultimately take us to achieve peace and brotherhood. He said, concept of Riyasat-e-Madina of Prime Minister of Pakistan Imran Khan is reflection of his love for Holy Prophet (S.A.W) and he is endeavoring hard for making Pakistan a corruption free state.
On this occasion, Chairman NHA Capt (r) Muhammad Khurram Agha said, expression of love for the Holy Prophet (S.A.W) is also a form of adulation. We are to mould our lives as per teachings of the Holy Prophet (S.A.W) for attaining success in this world and hereafter. Honesty, patriotism, loves for humanity and high moral character should be our identity.
Naveed Iqbal Anjum, Syed Riaz Hussain Kazmi, Gohar Zaman Babar, Javed Iqbal, Ghulam Shabbir, Muhammad Ibrahim and Muhammad Usman Usmani presented Naat Sharif.
