The world is rapidly marching towards a political union, and Canada’s valuation system is an example that there is still room for new prospects, and the dream of equality can come true no matter which culture you are born into. During this time, Canada’s immigration policy is very vital since the change processes occur and they have been proven as globalization, technology, and the change in population. Conversely, the procedure of immigration policy formation is not up to simplicity as it involves a very complex mechanism. Hence, care is needed into the policy because it keeps the balance of nation prosperity and society inclusiveness as well as aiming for diversity.

The Canadian immigration policy has been on the foreign and economic stage for ages now because of the direction of its humanitarian aim, which attracts refugees, skilled workers, and reunion of families. Let it be there and it is going to eat with colour and body in the fabric of the national culture; on the other hand, the project is going to significantly contribute to the economy. The immigrants bring various skills, the resourcefulness of the mind and new concepts that encourage innovation of the industry and economic growth of the most hit sectors such as technology, agriculture, and production.

However, Canada is confronted with the reality of the present day 20th century which implies an ageing population and labour shifts towards its policies. Nothing better than readjustment in terms of labour force, reviewed immigration policies, programs, and face-to-face interviews. This is not just the moral dilemma of the day but the careful balance between whether the altruistic number of refugees who intake would be able to fill the niche requirements for the missing spot in the economy that various professions generate employment.

The stress of getting an application, as well as the extended processing time left by other people up for grabs and further derailing the desire when it comes to desired immigrants. It is very important to ensure that the entire process of application is saved and smooth in addition to dedicating such resources as personnel who will help in better processing. Also, a thorough integration of settlers with a successful mitigation strategy should be complemented by a broad range of services relating to transportation, health, housing, education, welfare, security, and a social fabric that transcend language training. By the means of different directions that aim to eliminate immigrant difference from the economy, for example, from employment prospects, residence matters, and cultural integration, integrated immigrants should be considered.

Furthermore, we should advise regarding integration, which is a sensitive subject, as well. While Canadians are completely committed to their cultural roots, diversity is the fundamental cornerstone of their identity. It is now the aim and the responsibility of the society to create an environment conducive to the successful integration of newly arrived immigrants. In this way, language training, employment assistance, and community activities that are aimed to make a society that is not fair at all are going to be used by this.

On the same side of the coin, the right procedure which is followed and fulfilment of public needs also play a key role in this matter. The whole nation has the right to anticipate genuine endeavours on the side of the authorities to regulate the process of resettling newcomers in the spirit of impartiality, which is embedded in their very principles. This eventually necessitates a powerful all-around performance oversight system, a speedy processing of applications and other necessary things to ensure questions, grievances and other complaints are handled accordingly.

Summarizing it all we can say that national identity and further prosperity of Canada are based on the migration policy and the willingness to accept different nations, ways of life, and viewpoints. Although flaws and disparities in the area of maintenance of the current system of supporting social security may lead to the necessity of upcoming reforms, this system preserves the considerable advantages. These include simplification of the processes and substituting the human social component with careful rebalancing on the dynamics of the economic and social life. Sustainability is a priority for any country and through establishing a policy that incorporates both efficiency and inclusivity, will ensure that colors always tell a story of the beautiful richness of the people in the country, who should be the signs of constant development and growth.
