Organization Behavior can be defined as a subcategory of management activities dedicated to understanding, estimating and inspiring the behavior of an individual in the organization. Hence, it is a systematic approach that interprets how individuals and groups act and perform within the organization.

The study of organization behavior has its roots back in 1920’s and got attention among business and management studies reasoning its numerous reimbursements to increasing performance of the companies. What are the elements that aid in enhancing one’s performance, satisfaction and commitment at work?
