LAHORE: German Ambassador Bernhard Schlagheck met with the Olympian Khawaja Junaid CEO SBP Khawaja Junaid Hockey Academy and Junaid Chattha Director SBP Khawaja Junaid Hockey Academy.
Germany and Pakistan had a great relationship from last 70 years. If you talk about sports than biggest bond between two countries is hockey.
German Ambassador expressed his great support for the hockey revival in Pakistan.
“I have witnessed a glorious past of Pakistan Hockey. And i really want Pakistan Hockey on top again. Whatever help is needed from the Germany, Embassy will give its best. Sports is a tool to raise standards and togetherness of the society.”
Olympian Khawaja Junaid paid his gratitude to the Ambassador for his two years services in Pakistan. and thanked Embassy for taking interest for the betterment of Pakistan Hockey.
