Islamabad: Squarepeg, a women-led digital marketing agency, continued its commitment to Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) with the conclusion of its third annual cohort of the SquarePact Mentorship Program, aimed at empowering young individuals with hands-on industry experience.

The event featured honorable chief guests, including the former Senior Vice President of the Islamabad Women Chamber of Commerce and Industry, Sadaf Zafar, and the CEO of Empowerl SMC, Humaira Yousaf.

Sadaf Zafar remarked, “Empowering young professionals is crucial for the growth of our digital economy. The SquarePact Mentorship Program is a commendable initiative that provides valuable opportunities for the next generation.”

The SquarePeg’s uniquely designed Mentorship Program paired participants with experienced mentors to provide practical insights and hands-on training in content marketing, social media, graphic design, and project management.

Through one-on-one mentoring sessions and real-world projects, mentees gained transferable skills to meet the growing demand for skilled professionals in digital marketing. These mentees then developed social media content for micro-women entrepreneurs to gain hands-on experience.

“Our mission with the SquarePact Mentorship Program was to create a nurturing space where young talent can learn marketable skills,” said Zunaira Omar, CEO of The Squarepeg.

At the final event, mentees used their hands-on knowledge and experience to deliver their presentations, impressing the judges with their creativity and learning abilities.

Humaira Yousaf added, “This program not only equips mentees with essential skills but also inspires confidence and fosters innovation. It’s a fantastic example of how mentorship can drive meaningful change.”

As we look to the future, the SquarePact Mentorship Program stands as a beacon of excellence, shaping the next generation of digital leaders and driving the industry forward with fresh perspectives and innovative talent.

The Squarepeg remains dedicated to empowering young professionals and contributing to the growth of Pakistan’s digital landscape.
