Islamabad– The Ambassador of the Republic of Kazakhstan to Pakistan H.E. Mr. Yerzhan Kistafin presented the letter of credence to the President of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, Dr. Arif Alvi.
Pakistani President congratulated the Ambassador with posting, stressed a high level of trust in two countries relationship and emphasized the need for enhancing trade and economic cooperation, as well as strengthening Kazakh-Pak ties in the context of interregional interaction.
In this regard, Dr. Arif Alvi particularly underlined the need for stabilization of the situation in Afghanistan, of what Pakistan so interested in.
On his own part the Ambassador of Kazakhstan fully agreed with the points of the President of Pakistan and conveyed that Nur-Sultan and Islamabad have same approaches with respect to enhancing bilateral cooperation.
Apart from development of trade and economy the Ambassador outlined the importance of collaboration in the field of culture and humanitarian ties, which in his opinion, would bring two countries closer to each other.
Y.Kistafin also briefed President of Pakistan on key messages of the Address to the people of Kazakhstan delivered by the President of Kazakhstan Mr. K.Tokayev on September 1, 2021.
In conclusion President of Pakistan wished all the best to the Head of the diplomatic mission of Kazakhstan and retreated the commitment of the Pakistani part to do its best in implementation of the outlined plans.
