Islamabad : National Curriculum Counsel (NCC) Secretariat Islamabad developed Single National Curriculum (SNC) and textbooks for Grade Pre I-V, The printing of textbooks for Grade Pre I-V is in process which will be implemented in academic session 2021. In phase-II, the zero draft of SNC for Grade-VI-VIII was developed and sent to all federating units for review. FGEI (C/G) Directorate conducted workshop to review zero Draft of 8 x subjects in the auditorium of FG Sir Syed School Rawalpindi from 5 – 8 Jan 2021. The 53 x experts of FGEIs reviewed the draft of their respective subjects and made recommendations.
The recommendations of Zero Draft were presented to DG FGEIs by respective experts on 20 – 21 Jan 2021. The DG expressed satisfaction on the quality of reviews and appreciated the team efforts. The approved recommendations of 8 x subjects of SNC Grade-VI-VIII will be shared with NCC for further improvement of zero Draft.
