Few political parties bent to destabilize country for protecting their vested interests: Pir Noorul Haq QadriPESHAWAR (APP):Federal Minister for Religious Affairs and Interfaith Harmony , Pir Noorul Haq Qadri Sunday said that few political parties for their vested interests wanted to destabilize the country.
He said that those individuals, institutions and political parties which plundered the country did not deserve any concession.
These views were expressed by the federal Minister while addressing the Interfaith Harmony conference at Jamia Ashrafia Peshawar. Renowned religious scholar, Khateeb of historic Mohbat Khan Mosque, Allama Muhammad Tayyab Qureshi presided over the conference that was attended by representatives of all schools of thought and religions including Bishop of Peshawar, Sarfaraz Peter.
Expressing his regret over conduct of JUI- F chief , he said Maulana Fazlur Rehman decided to stand by those political parties which looted the country and now busy to protect their corruption which was against the manifesto of his own party.
Pir Noorul Haq Qadru said that the way Prime Minister Imran Khan boldly spoken against Islamophobia in the west and pragmatically presented case of Pakistan at platform of OIC and the United Nations was an honour for the entire Islamic countries.
He said that with the support and guidance of Ulema from all schools of thought, Pakistan would be made true Islamic welfare state to set an example for the Islamic world.
Pir Noorul Haq Qadri said that Pakistan was an exemplary country for the protection of all minorities in the region, adding Islam is the religions of peace, love and brotherhood.
He said that concept of terrorism and extremism was contrary to teaching to Islam and preaching of our last Prophet Muhammad (PBUH).
He said that Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) guaranteed all rights to minorities in Risat- e -Mandina , so it was now our responsibility to respect right of minorities.
