Baku :We are completing the 20th year of the XXI century. At the end of the year, the sentences we used to congratulate each other on the occasion of the Solidarity Day of World Azerbaijanis and the New Year had the same meaning for almost 30 years: “I wish to celebrate the coming holiday, the New Year in Shusha.” This year, our dream has come true and our belief has been confirmed. It is the Armed Forces of Azerbaijan, led by our Supreme Commander-in-Chief, Muzaffar, who have given us this confidence! We are very grateful to the Supreme Commander-in-Chief. Many years of longing have come to an end, and the people’s trust has returned. Our generals, officers, soldiers, IDPs, homeless civilians – in short, our appreciative people saw once again how hard Ilham Aliyev worked as a statesman and politician, the head of the country in the Patriotic War. Mr. President, especially to the families of the martyrs, The attention and care of our wounded servicemen is an example. President Ilham Aliyev’s school of public administration, master diplomacy classes, and the celebration of state-people’s unity proved especially bright in 44 days.

I believe that the works to be written in the future will be further enriched by our victory in the Patriotic War, based on the theoretical basis formed so far.
