During the month of May 2025 at 00:35 on 6 May India Premier Narendra Modi opened missile and drone fire on various cities of Pakistan while accusing Pakistan of terrorist attack in Pahalgam on 22 Apr 25 without any evidence. Although he did it for the political gains however the response which Pakistani nation, PAF and Artillery gave have significantly influenced the Indian sovereignty as once again like 1999 and 2019 Indian premier contacted US for an immediate ceasefire.
This reminds me of the book ‘The Fourth Round’ written by Indian General Ravi Rikhye in which he while explaining that how a future war scenario between India-Pakistan during 1984 might look like wrote that during 1971 3As; Allah, Airforce and Artillery saved Pakistan. Though the Pakistani nation and armed forces defeated the Indian military however this has provided us the opportunity to evaluate ourselves with a view to draw a few lessons further national development. As India has stopped the water of Pakistani rivers, damaged the Neelam-Jhelum dam and have cancelled the Indus Water Treaty hence it is vital for Pakistan to at least construct its own dam to store the flood water minimum. It will be imperative for PAF to reduce its dependence on F-16 and other western technologies and acquire Chinese built 5th generation J-35 aircrafts and continue improving its missile technology.
It is the time where Pakistani media apart from projecting more than 30 Indian independent movement must highlight Sikh separatist movement and Premier Modi’s religious and social atrocities against Sikh with a view to secure its 425 km long border with Indian Punjab. The decision by Pakistan Government to keep the Kartarpur Corridor open won the hearts of Sikhs and it was interesting to know that along with Sikh community Sikh troops in Indian Army not only revolted against Indian Army but also showed their resolve to support Pakistani Army which was one of the reason to keep its initiative and response limited, hence this facet should be evaluated and used more pragmatically.
While continuing its efforts to control terrorism Pakistan must keep projecting the Indian terrorism, moreover apart from this Indian irresponsible behavior towards a very sensitive issue of uranium smuggling in and though India must also be projected in all six UN official languages at least apart from Urdu and Hindi. It should be kept in mind that as matter of policy any act of terrorism in any part of Baluchistan must not be associated to entire Baluchistan but must be limited to Tehsil level. Apart from Kashmir, Siachin and Sir Creek Pakistan should also exert its claim over Lakshadweep and Andaman Nicobar Islands which are the group of islands in North Eastern and Central Indian Ocean which were unjustly handed over to India against the principles and provisions of Indian Independence Act 1947. In case of Andaman Nicobar Archipelagos British kept these islands under their control and later handed over to India in 1950 instead of distributing among India and Pakistan.
Later on considering the imminent political threat due to the unjust accession of archipelagos; India declared these Islands as Union Territory in 1956. In case of Lakshadweep Archipelago; Muslim dominated territory was unjustly handed over to India ignoring the Muslim majority once again. On diplomatic front Siliguri Corridor being part of Indian West Bengal and being located between Nepal, Bhutan, Bangladesh, India’s Seven Sister States and China in the Eastern Himalayan region should be targeted as it will vital to cause and project geopolitical interests of countries like China, Bangladesh, Bhutan and Nepal to dominate this Indian Chicken Neck which is just 10 km away from Bangladesh, 20 km from Nepal, 40 km from Bhutan, and 50 Km from China. Considering the improving relations between Pakistan and, Bangladesh and between China Bhutan and Nepal efforts be made by Pakistan to not only to isolate Indian but also to support freedom fighters in states of Arunachal Pradesh, Assam, Meghalaya, Tripura, Nagaland, Manipur, Mizoram and Nepali Gurkhas which should be combined with Naxalite movement Maharashtra and Sikh movement in Indian Punjab to deplete the India. It must be made as matter of policy that all the Indian atrocities and act of terrorism must be projected in all six UN official languages at least apart from Urdu and Hindi through female representation. Apart from media our literary circle should also try to influence India through the involvement of Sikhs by utilising the common forum of Punjabi Language all across the globe.
