2783 trees were planted in Ganja in memory of the martyrs of the Great Patriotic War

Baku : A tree-planting campaign was held in Ganja in memory of the martyrs of the Great Patriotic War.

The tree-planting campaign organized by the Ganja City Executive Power was held in the territory of the Heydar Aliyev Park-Complex.
The tree-planting action was attended by the head of the Ganja City Executive Power Niyazi Bayramov, heads of law enforcement agencies, MPs, Consul General of Turkey in Ganja Zeki Ozturk, authorized representative of the CMB in Ganja Tahir Abbasov.
It was noted that the Azerbaijani people live the most magnificent page of national history. The Azerbaijani Army has shown its strength to the whole world. The people united with the army restored historical justice by demonstrating will, perseverance and national spirit. He prayed for God’s mercy to the martyrs who died for the territorial integrity of Azerbaijan, and for the healing of the wounded.
Officials, city officials and young people have planted a total of 2,783 trees. Mostly Eldar pine and other evergreen trees have been planted.
