Engr. Prof. Dr. Athar Mahboob, Vice Chancellor, the Islamia University of Bahawalpur has termed the Prime Minister’s Citizen Portal a great initiative bridging people with government functionaries to resolve their problems efficiently. He was exchanging these views during a workshop organized by the Higher Education Commission on Prime Minister’s Pakistan Citizens Portal at Bahauddin Zakariya University Multan.
