Brussels: The Embassy of Pakistan, Brussels organized a Christmas Lunch to celebrate the special occasion in a befitting manner, along with the Christian diaspora on 23 December 2023.

On the occasion, Ambassador Amna Baloch, in her welcome remarks, said that the community played an important role as it was the flag-bearer, depicting harmony and interfaith traditions of Pakistan. The festivities at the Embassy were marked by a colourful Christmas tree on display and special decorations.

Embassy of Pakistan, Brussels celebrates Christmas with Christian diaspora in befitting mannerThe Choir sang hymns and festive carols, while special prayers were offered by Pastor Saleem Najam, Pastor John Ashraf & Pastor Arshad khokhar for a secure and peaceful world, where all humanity would live in harmony together.

The guests were served traditional Pakistani cuisine and Christmas delicacies. The children especially enjoyed the occasion amidst presence of Santa Clause and gifts.

The event concluded with cake-cutting amidst many laughters and season greetings.

The event projected a ‘Peaceful and Inclusive Pakistan’.
