Power Machines is implementing projects for the construction of small hydroelectric power plants in Uzbekistan

Tashkent, Uzbekistan  — Power Machines completed the installation of a headquarters and a construction camp with the organization of power supply at the construction site of a small hydroelectric power station (SHPP) at the 102 + 00 picket of the Dargom canal.

At the moment, work continues on planning the area and filling the site with concrete for temporary structures. Excavation work is underway on temporary on-site roads and the HPP outlet channel, drilling and arrangement of wells for the economic needs of construction.

The work is carried out by the main contractor – JV LLC “ENERGORESURS”, which promptly ensured the mobilization of personnel and equipment at the site of the SHPP.

A small hydroelectric power station will be located at the 102 + 00 picket of the Dargom canal, consisting of two hydraulic units with a capacity of 3.2 MW each. Commissioning of the station is scheduled for 2022.

The construction of the SHPP at the 102 + 00 picket of the Dargom Canal is carried out within the framework of the EPC contract of Power Machines for the construction of a number of SHPPs in Uzbekistan.

Also on the Dargom canal, Power Machines is implementing a project for the construction of the Bagishamal SHPP with three hydroelectric units with a capacity of 2.15 MW each. Its commissioning is also scheduled for 2022. The site of the Bagishamal SHPP was accepted for construction in September this year. At the same time, Power Machines designers are developing documentation for the hydraulic power equipment of the new station.
