Islamabad: Ambassador of Kazakhstan to Pakistan H.E. Mr. Yerzhan Kistafin visited the Pakistan Institute of Development Economics-PIDE, where he met with Dr. Nadeem ul Haque, Vice Chancellor of the Institute.
Vice Chancellor briefed Ambassador about the history and activities of the institute and expressed interest in establishing cooperation with think tanks and research institutes, as well as educational institutions of an economic profile from Kazakhstan.
In addition, the Vice Chancellor invited the Kazakh side to take part in the conference on «Opportunities to Excel: Now and The Future», which will be held on November 23-25, 2021.
In its turn Ambassador thanked Dr. Nadeem ul Haque for his comprehensive presentation and supported the willingness to develop cooperation between institutions of two countries.
Following the meeting, the parties agreed to establish cooperation between Kazakh and Pakistani institutions.
