Lahore : With the ease in travel restrictions worldwide and reopening of Montenegro’s borders tourists and investors, one of the largest residential developments and superyacht marinas in Montenegro, Porto Montenegro announces last six months for Pakistanis to apply for its Citizenship by Investment Programme, scheduled to terminate by the end 2022.

In a period of just 6 months, Montenegro’s citizenship can be obtained by investing 550,000 Euros (100,000 government donations and 450,000 in real estate within its superyacht Homeport and luxury lifestyle village – Porto Montenegro). Apart from being an outstanding holiday destination in the heart of Europe, other benefits of Montenegrin citizenship include global mobility with access to 124 nations visa-free, no obligation to relinquish current nationality (unless required to do so by the country of origin); besides, the country is already a NATO member state and a candidate country for future expansion of the EU, expected by 2025.

The beginning of 2021 marked an exciting milestone for Porto Montenegro, with the first successful application approvals of Montenegro’s Citizenship by Investment Programme (CBI) for homebuyers of hotel-managed residences at the development’s newest neighbourhood.

“We are excited for you to experience Porto Montenegro this summer and cannot wait for you to learn more about Boka Place. Currently under construction and set for completion in 2023, our brand-new, lively urban neighbourhood, located at the entrance to Porto Montenegro, will offer a plethora of retail outlets featuring our favourite brands, eateries serving a range of international and local fare, and year-round activities and entertainment for all the family. With Montenegro reopening its borders again to international travel, Porto Montenegro invites visitors to discover new experiences with an exciting summer events programme across music, art and food & drink for all the family” said David Margason, Managing Director, Porto Montenegro.

Built with wellness at the core, Boka Place is a neighbourhood unlike any other and provides and exciting investment opportunity, surrounded by shops and cafes, open outdoor and community spaces and a variety of business opportunities.

Porto Montenegro’s new urban quarter is one of several government-approved projects for the country’s citizenship and was the first one to become qualified on the Southern coast of Montenegro. Under the principal investment arm ICD (Investment Corporation of Dubai), Boka Place officially launched in November 2020, and despite a challenging year with Covid-19, the development achieved all of the construction milestones and is on track to complete in 2023. Already proving popular, approximately 40% of SIRO-managed residences have been sold and reserved over the past 11 months since the launch of off-plan sales in summer 2020. The 144 SIRO-managed residences will benefit from 5-star hotel services, alongside luxury fitness and wellness facilities, offering the ideal opportunity for those looking to invest and enjoy the Porto Montenegro homeowner lifestyle, taking advantage of the Citizenship by Investment Programme (CBI),
