In his address, the Naval Chief stressed that winning future wars demands not only a re-evaluation of legacy warfighting strategies but also the development and sustainment of a future-ready workforce that is intellectually astute and technologically proficient. He also elaborated on the evolving nature of modern warfare and emerging maritime security threats, emphasizing that traditional military strategies must adapt to effectively address the complexities of contemporary security challenges, both traditional and non-traditional. He reaffirmed Pakistan Navy\u2019s commitment to modernization, indigenization, and jointness, and called upon the participants to further refine their strategic outlook and operational foresight to effectively respond to future challenges.<\/p>\n
