Islamabad : Federal Government Educational Institutions (Cantt and Garrisons) Directorate Rawalpindi has developed online business processing solutions for human resource and school affairs in collaboration with Punjab Information and Technology Board (PITB) termed as Human Resource Management Information System (HRMIS) and School Information System (SIS). A formal ceremony was held where IGT&E Lt Gen Syed Muhammad Adnan HI(M) has inaugurated the said project

Talking on the occasion, the IGT&E said that it is the government’s top priority to incorporate modern information technology systems to maximize transparency and effectiveness in public sector organizations.

DG FGEI said that the paperless system enables to store information/ documents digitally and will be easily and readily accessible on-demand within. The traceability of all documents will be possible on a single click. HRMIS and SIS are software-based arrangements that integrate different modules and processes to ensure the efficient management of existing tasks, he added.
