 Fauji Fertilizer Company's (FFC) Leading Role in Rescue Operation at Horrific Ghotki Train AccidentIslamabad : Fauji Fertilizer Company ( FFC) responded sharply for the call of humanitarian assistance in a train accident at Ghotki and was the first one to despatch rescue teams from its Mirpur Mathelo Plant.
In this horrific train accident, FFC  like always was at the forefront to assist the civil administration, PDMA and Army teams.  As an  immediate and emergency response,  company provided well equiped medical teams headed by qualified doctors, para medical staff, ambulances, medical apparatus and necessary medicines. In order to save maximum survivors.  Relief and rescue teams alongwith technical experts and  requisite equipments comprising cranes and iron cutting machines were also despatched to the site within no time to assist the civil and military authorities.  Operation and efforts continued till the last person was rescued. Apart from medical assistance, FFC also provided food and water for over 700 person well within time. The company is wholeheartedly supporting the cause of rescue operation and shared utmost grief with bereaved families who have lost  their loved ones in this traumatic accident.
